Artists Publish 13,234-Page Guide to Help Experts Distinguish AI-Generated Illustrations | AQL News

Global – In an unprecedented, last-ditch effort to combat the rise of AI-generated art, respected artist Martin Johnson has released a 13,234-page guide to help experts detect synthetic artworks. Johnson’s monumental work, titled Definite Optical Guide to Evaluations, has received critical acclaim and global success. U.S. Vice President Elon Musk praised Johnson’s ingenuity by Xing “🐶🪙🤑 #DOGEBULLISH” alongside a White House selfie featuring his signature baseball cap.

Johnson’s grand guide includes a 3563-page volume for identifying generated artifacts on illustration outlines, a 2939-page volume on spotting unrealistic lighting, and a 6732-page volume of psychoanalysis on artistic style. The guide, claimed to be “the only guide for identifying generated illustration,” is the work of a team of 132 independent artists. “We are proud of what we did. The industry is corrupt, and we have to take responsibility,” said one of the leading editors, Ann Simon. “We will never know whether the next illustration you see is a mechanical product or the genuine effort of a real, hardworking artist had this guide never been released.” Spotted to be one of the earliest customers at the bookstore, Tim Lee expressed his enthusiasm for the newly published tutorial: “This guide is brilliant. I think I will definitely identify an artwork by AI after finishing another 300 pages.” The series, despite its high price tag, has already become the best seller in many bookstores across the globe.

At press time, Martin responds to the latest update from the startup ImFarm, whose technology bypasses the methods described in the guide, by promising to release a 5245-page companion in the next six months.
